Tourist Recreation, Sports Facilities, Theme Park at Hund, District Swabi (Indus River on M1 Motorway)

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Investment and Trade (KP-BOIT) in collaboration with Tourism Corporation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (TCKP) intends to invite investors for setting up tourist resort at Hund, District Swabi (Indus River on M1 Motorway).

 Project Details:

  • Area proposed is approximately 400 Kanals at Hund adjacent to M1 Motorway. The following recreational facilities, sports, entertainments will be part of the scheme.

 

  2. Day Rooms.
  3. Lake, Boating and water sports.
  4. Fishing points.
  5. Indoor sports facilities.
  7. Horse Riding.
  8. Swimming Pool.
  9. Tennis / Badminton Courts
  10. Shopping Center.
  11. Play Area, fun rides.
  12. Mosque
  13. Parking Area.
  14. Public Wash Rooms
  15. Other recreational facilities
  16. Emergency Medical Aid
  17. Backup power generation facility.
  18. Any other facilities that the investor may like to propose with the approval of competent authority.

 

Cost of the Project is estimated as PKR593.33 Million.

EIA Study of the project is completed and submitted by TCKP to EPA for approval.

Government Facilitation:

 

  • Land will be provided by the Provincial Government on long lease under lease policy 2016.

 

  • All relevant NOC's from the concerned Departments of the Provincial Government.
